Bandage Boost

My children are obsessed with character bandages from the health and beauty section of the store, are yours? Maybe because we rarely shop for anything else in that section. (Thanks to Loyalty Rewards)

It's not uncommon for me to find my three-year-old applying bandages to herself just for fun--Boo boos or not. The other day she was digging in the bathroom drawer and asked, "Mommy, where's the stuff that goes on before this?" I went in to find her holding a bandage and hunting for the Correct X

When your children are busy, taking care of their skin in distressed moments can be difficult. Apply doTERRA Correct-X to soothe and purify skin during the healing process to keep summer playtime going. The blend of Frankincense, Melaleuca, Helichrysum, Lavender, Jojoba, and Cedarwood essential oils combine to protect and promote healthy-looking skin. These key ingredients are versatile and help soothe and improve the texture of skin.

A Key to Self Care

Some days we just need to relax. dōTERRA Petitgrain essential oil helps promote feelings of relaxation and is helpful in creating a calm, relaxed environment. Two ways to use this oil is diffusing it with Lavender and Bergamont before going to bed or combining a few drops with dōTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil for a relaxing foot massage. It even helps promote healthy skin! Add a few drops to Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply to help reduce the appearance of skin imperfections.

Enjoy a fun spa night using dōTERRA Petitgrain essential oil!

Melaleuca (Tea Tree) in Your Tool Kit

Melaleuca, also known as Tea Tree oil, is one of my favorite doTERRA essential oils because it is versatile and has range of applications. What I love most about Melaleuca is its benefits for the skin and hair. I often put a drop or two of Melaleuca into my moisturizer, or even directly on my face after washing to reap the benefits of this purifying, toning essential oil. I also like to place a few drops of Melaleuca in my shampoo, or give myself a scalp massage with Melaleuca and Fractionated Coconut Oil.
